The We Are Electric congress is making the final preparations for its 7th edition, to take place on 30 November and 1 December at the National Science and Technology Museum of Catalonia (MNACTEC).
Energy is now at the heart of an intense global, national and also local debate addressed from every aspect of our daily lives. Which is why the new edition of the We Are Electric congress, under the slogan "Energetically - energy under debate", aims to analyse in depth the current situation of the energy transition, the new energy model, and the importance of energy sovereignty to make this possible, while also being in a position to fulfil growing demands across society as a whole.
Social changes are lengthy processes, and on occasion come about after decades of confusion, lack of definition, contradiction and indecision. After 6 years generating debate and contributing solutions to the challenges of the day, once again this year the We Are Electric congress aims to continue generating knowledge to address the present and future of energy from a multifaceted perspective. The MNACTEC will again this year serve as the venue for the congress. These seminars are intended for professionals, companies and institutions, but also the general public, to offer information and raise awareness as to how energy is shaping the present and future of society, and not only through the immediate economic impact.
