Lluís Muncunill and the City of Terrassa

The emergence of Terrassa as an industrial town cannot be understood without the presence of its factories. This notebook focuses on the figure of Lluís Muncunill, who left behind his architectural imprint in the form of numerous constructions in Terrassa. The Vapor Aymerich, Amat i Jover and the Masia Freixa are the most significant works showing how the architect adapted modernism to industrial architecture, although he produced all manner of buildings, everything from warehouses and homes to public and religious buildings.
