The MNACTEC is partnering the Edunauta Passport project, an initiative to promote equal educational opportunities beyond school for all children, organised by the Educació 360 Alliance.
The passport is a tool underpinning community education in the regions where it has been implemented, focusing on giving out-of-school learning for children aged between 3 and 12 years greater accessibility, connectivity, recognition and visibility. The tool focuses on promoting access by all boys and girls to varied, high-quality, accessible educational activities, irrespective of their social background, and on equal terms.
The tool functions on the basis of a learning passport methodology. The children involved in the project are given a "passport", which allows them to explore the offering of educational activities at sites such as the MNACTEC. The children then stamp the passport in recognition of their involvement and experiences.
