The National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (mNACTEC) has added the Armangué Archive to its photographic Archives. This documentary archive is made up of over 1,000 documents and photographs from a family linked to the beginnings of the car industry in Catalonia. This new archive is an indispensable and highly valuable source of information for learning about the beginnings of the automobile sector in Catalonia.
This archive was donated to the Museum by the Armangué family. mNACTEC will begin the digitisation process for the entire archive, which is expected to be made public on the mNACTEC online photographic archive by 2019 (http://fotowebmnactec.cultura.gencat.cat/fotoweb/).
