European Heritage Days 2018

A concert by Ferran Palau and special guided and dramatized visits are to be held

The weekend of 13-14 October, the Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (mNACTEC) will be hosting open door days and different activities to coincide with the celebration of the 2018 European Heritage Days. Among this year’s proposals it is worth highlighting a Ferran Palau concert in the courtyard, guided visits to the roof vaults and to spaces in the mNACTEC which are usually closed to the public, as well as the new dramatized visit “From factory to museum”.

European Heritage Days are held yearly throughout Europe. Palaces, castles, monasteries, sites, historic gardens and other heritage spaces including museums will open their doors to citizens who will be able to enjoy free visits and to learn much more about their heritage.

Entrance to the Museum will be free throughout the weekend. The programmed activities are also free but booking beforehand on the Museum website is advised as there are limited spaces.
