Over the weekend of 26, 27 and 28 May, the former textile colony of Can Sedó in Esparreguera celebrated “Enjoy Can Sedó”, a gathering for lovers of culture, gastronomy, crafts and music. The programme included dramatized visits, talks, children’s activities, a photographic exhibition, a wide range of gastronomy and a crafts’ market. This enjoyable festive and educational event showed off the heritage space of Can Sedó to visitors.
“Enjoy Can Sedó” was an initiative of the National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (mNACTEC), the Museum of the Sedó Colony in Esparreguera and The Only One Productions.
On Saturday and Sunday there was a food truck service from 11 am until midnight and a crafts market. Open door days were held at the Museum of the Sedó Colony on both the Saturday and the Sunday from 11 to 2 pm and from 5 to 8 pm.
