On Thursday 18 May and Saturday 20 May, the Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (mNACTEC) is holding an open door day and offering numerous free activities celebrating the Night and Day of Museums. Notable proposals this year include the show “Monòlegs científics” [‘Scientific monologues’], night-time guided visits around the roof vaults of the museum and guided visits of the exhibition “Leonardo da Vinci: The genius and his inventions”.
International Museum Day is held annually around 18 May and aims to raise awareness among the general public of the role museums play in the development of society.
