The mNACTEC building in Terrassa is considered one of the finest examples of Catalan industrial modernism, along with the works by Gaudí in Barcelona. The architect Lluís Muncunill built this steam-powered plant in 1907 to a commission by the company Aymerich, Amat i Jover creada founded by three industrialists from Terrassa. It is an essential feature of any tour of the industrial heritage of Terrassa.

The mNACTEC offers companies, organisations and institutions the opportunity to rent spaces for the staging of events, business meetings, gatherings or group activities, as well as the filming of advertisements and movies. The spaces available for rent for events or as follows:
