Visitors to the museums of the mNACTEC Territorial System increased by 6.8% in 2017

The 28 museums which make up the network recorded 552,501 visitors, 35,283 more than the previous year

The 28 museums and heritage spaces of the Territorial System on the National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (mNACTEC) recorded 552,501 visitors in 2017. This figure represents an increase of 35,283 visitants or equivalent to a 6.8% growth. 

mNACTEC, the flagship museum of the System recorded 129,327 visitors in 2017, 22% more than the previous year.

The mNACTEC Territorial System is made up of 28 museums and sites of heritage interest throughout Catalonia explaining its industrialisation process and history through its collections, exhibitions and the onsite museumisation of the different industries which have existed.
