The weekend of 9-10 October, the Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (MNACTEC) will be hosting open door days and different activities to coincide with the celebration of the 2021 European Heritage Days. Notable proposals this year include guided visits of the roof vaults and storerooms of the MNACTEC, and dramatised visits to the textile factory.
European Heritage Days are held yearly throughout Europe. Palaces, castles, monasteries, sites, historic gardens and other heritage spaces including museums will open their doors to citizens who will be able to enjoy free visits and to learn much more about their heritage.
Entrance to the Museum will be free throughout the weekend. The programmed activities are also free but booking beforehand on the Museum website is advised as there are limited spaces.
