Over the weekend of 12 and 13 October, the National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (MNACTEC) is staging open days and a range of free activities to mark the 2024 European Heritage Days. This year's initiatives include the third edition of the MNACTEC Inspira photography competition, guided tours of the roof vaults and storage rooms of the MNACTEC, dramatised tours of the textile factory, and guided tours of the exhibition "Gaudí's Invisible Garden".
The European Heritage Days are held yearly throughout Europe. Palaces, castles, monasteries, archaeological sites, historic gardens and museums will be opening their doors, allowing the public to enjoy free tours, and explore their heritage in depth.
