Museu al carrer. Landscape and heritage of industrial society

The exhibition presents the Museu al carrer, a Museu Nacional de la Ciència i la Tècnica de Catalunya (MNACTEC) collaborative project to inventory, geo-reference, document and showcase the industrial society heritage still to be found in the towns and villages of Catalonia. 

Thanks to public participation, Museu al carrer gathered photos and information about the distinctive and corporate elements of our industrial society (19th century - 1980) to be found around the streets and landscapes of our land. The project focuses on five areas: transport and communications; advertising and information; trade; leisure, and Applied Science.
