MNACTEC publishes three works under the Francesc Salvà Grants

The Research Grant is awarded by the MNACTEC and the Ramon Muntaner Institute

The National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (MNACTEC) has published the works corresponding to the first three Francesc Salvà i Campillo Research Grants. These grants are awarded by the MNACTEC and the Ramon Muntaner Institute (IRMU) each year, focusing on research into the different spheres that make up the heritage, history and industrial, scientific and technical culture of Catalonia.

The first three works published are "The Historical Memory of the Textile Industry in Alfarràs (El Segrià, Lleida)", by Ramon Dalfó i Revuelto, "The Arrival of the Railway to the Terres de l’Ebre: a past, present and future industrial heritage", by Ferran Modinos Martínez and Cèlia Mallafrè Balsells, and "What to Do with the Ruins of La Matussière? Giving (in)visibility to the industrial heritage of Isil i Alós, Pallars Sobirà", by Ferran Pons Raga.
