The National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (MNACTEC) has released the first set of episodes in Manufacturing Imprints, a new audiovisual series on Canal MNACTEC. The series aims to publicise the legacy of industries that have now disappeared, but made a mark on the territory and its people, with installations that still survive, along with the memory of those who worked there or had a connection with them.
Manufacturing Imprints tells both the historical and the business story of different Catalan industries, as well as the human and social facet of aspects such as the transformation of the territory, the connections and changes brought about, memory, traditions, etc.
