The Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (mNACTEC) organised a jazz soirée on its historic courtyard, within the context of the 34th Terrassa Jazz Festival. The concert was staged on Sunday, 8 March, courtesy of the Marina Tuset Quintet, featuring Afro-American rhythms and melodies, ranging from soul to gospel, via blues and jazz.
This is the sixth consecutive year that the mNACTEC has participated in this international event, which for a period of some 20 days transforms the city of Terrassa. The young singer Marina Tuset is known for her collaboration with Locomotora Negra, and has been performing on stage since the age of 14. She was accompanied in her performance by Iscle Datzira, tenor sax; Kquimi Saigi, keyboards; Joan Pascual, bass guitar, and Arnau Figueres, drums.
